Pressure Vessels
Process Equipment

Pressure Vessels

Code-certified vessels and tanks engineered for pressure, heat and duty.

We design and fabricate ASME-code pressure vessels, storage tanks, silos and bespoke process equipment for chemical, energy and heavy-industry applications.

Rigorous weld qualification, radiographic testing and hydrostatic proofing back every vessel, so each unit leaves our floor documented, certified and ready for service.

Pressure Vessels
01

ASME Code

Pressure Vessels

Designed to ASME Section VIII Division 1, with shell and head thicknesses, nozzle reinforcement and flange ratings calculated for the specified design pressure and temperature on an auditable code basis.

Storage Tanks
02

Atmospheric & Pressurised

Storage Tanks

Atmospheric and pressurised storage tanks up to 200 m³ are fabricated for process fluids and utilities, with corrosion allowances and linings specified to the stored medium and duty.

Silos
03

Bulk Storage

Silos

Bulk-storage silos are engineered for wall, hopper and support loads under filling and discharge, giving reliable containment for powders, granules and process solids in plant service.

Process Equipment
04

Custom Fabrication

Process Equipment

Bespoke process equipment is fabricated to client drawings and specifications, letting a single shop cover the non-standard vessels and skids a process plant needs alongside its coded units.

Heat Exchangers
05

Shell & Tube

Heat Exchangers

Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are built with expanded or welded tube-to-tubesheet joints and tested to the required pressure, delivering efficient, leak-tight thermal duty in continuous service.

Columns & Reactors
06

Tall Vessels

Columns & Reactors

Tall columns and reactors are fabricated with internal trays, supports and nozzles, engineered for wind, seismic and operating loads over their full height for distillation and reaction duty.

Built To Code

Vessels that hold under pressure, and scrutiny.

01

ASME-Code Design

Vessels are designed to ASME Section VIII Division 1, with shell and head thicknesses, nozzle reinforcement and flange ratings calculated for the specified design pressure and temperature, so each unit is built to a recognised, auditable code basis.

02

Certified Material Traceability

Pressure parts are fabricated from certified plate such as SA-516 Gr. 70 carbon steel and stainless grades, with mill test certificates traced from plate to finished vessel for full material accountability.

03

Qualified Welding & PWHT

Welding procedures and welders are qualified to ASME Section IX, with post-weld heat treatment applied where the code or service demands, relieving residual stress in thick-wall and cyclic-duty vessels.

04

Full NDT Regime

Radiographic and ultrasonic testing, dye-penetrant and hydrostatic proof testing verify weld soundness to the required joint efficiency, and every vessel leaves the floor with a documented inspection package.

05

Tanks, Silos & Process Equipment

Beyond code vessels we fabricate atmospheric and pressurised storage tanks, bulk-storage silos, shell-and-tube heat exchangers and tall columns: a single source for the pressure and storage envelope of a process plant.

06

Corrosion & Service Engineering

Corrosion allowances, cladding and internal linings are specified to the process medium, extending vessel life in aggressive chemical, water-treatment and oil-and-gas service.
