Server Racks (OCPv3)

Open Compute racks, built in India for the world’s hyperscale data centres.

Fully Open Compute Project v3 compliant racks engineered for hyperscale efficiency.

Our 21" open-rack platform integrates centralized busbar power distribution, tool-less serviceability and optimized airflow, letting operators pack more compute per rack while cutting cabling, conversion losses and deployment time. Every unit is designed and manufactured at our Bengaluru campuses.

Platform

Every element of the open rack, engineered in-house.

OCP Open Rack
01

21" Standard

OCP Open Rack

A 21-inch OpenRack v3 frame with standardized OpenU pitch and blind-mate power, so operators mix compute, storage and accelerator sleds from any OCP-aligned vendor without proprietary lock-in.

Busbar Power Shelf
02

48V Distribution

Busbar Power Shelf

A vertical 48V DC busbar feeds every shelf through blind-mate clips, eliminating per-node PSUs and delivering power at higher efficiency than legacy per-server AC distribution.

Thermal Design
03

Optimized Airflow

Thermal Design

Unobstructed front-to-back airflow with a clean rear exhaust plenum holds consistent inlet temperatures across the full rack height, supporting high-density thermal loads without hot-spots.

Cable Management
04

Tool-less Service

Cable Management

Sleds, fans and power modules slide out on captive rails without a screwdriver, so a failed unit is swapped in seconds during live operation and mean-time-to-repair stays low.

Integration & Test
05

Rack-Scale QA

Integration & Test

Racks are populated, cabled, powered and burned-in as a complete unit on our Bengaluru floor, turning weeks of on-site integration into a plug-and-power installation.

Deployment Ready
06

Ship-to-Site

Deployment Ready

Each rack ships fully assembled and validated, ready to roll onto the data-hall floor and connect to power and network with minimal on-site commissioning effort.

Open Compute, Engineered

Built for the hyperscale rack.

01

Open Rack v3 Architecture

A 21" OpenRack-compatible frame with standardized OpenU pitch and blind-mate power, letting operators mix compute, storage and accelerator sleds from any OCP-aligned vendor without proprietary lock-in.

02

Centralized Busbar Distribution

A vertical 48V DC busbar spans the rack and feeds every shelf through blind-mate clips, eliminating per-node PSUs, cutting copper and conversion stages, and delivering power at higher efficiency than legacy AC distribution.

03

OpenBMC Power Shelf

Hot-swappable rectifier modules in an N+1 power shelf convert incoming AC to a regulated 48V rail, with OpenBMC-based telemetry exposing per-module current, temperature and fault status to the fleet manager.

04

Tool-less Serviceability

Sleds, fans and power modules slide out on captive rails without a screwdriver, so a failed unit is swapped in seconds during live operation, driving down mean-time-to-repair across thousands of racks.

05

Optimized Front-to-Back Airflow

Unobstructed cold-aisle intake and a clean rear exhaust plenum hold consistent inlet temperatures across the full rack height, supporting high-density thermal loads without hot-spots or airflow recirculation.

06

Rack-Scale Integration & Test

Racks are populated, cabled, powered and burned-in as a complete unit on our Bengaluru floor, then shipped ready-to-deploy, turning weeks of on-site integration into a plug-and-power installation.
